Founded in 1968 by Howard M. Allenbaugh (1934-2003), M.A.G. With world-wide headquarters located in close proximity to the major shipping ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach with an additional distribution center in Atlanta, Georgia, M.A.G. is ideally situated at the cross-roads of international trade allowing it to efficiently import and distribute product into North American markets as well as export to several overseas venues. In that regard, M.A.G. was one of the first U.S. companies to open and operate a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise in mainland China with a sourcing, quality control, consolidation and distribution facility in Guangzhou to facilitate the export of Chinese-made product and the import of U.S.-manufactured product into the Chinese market.

M.A.G. currently is led by the founder's son, Mark H. Allenbaugh, Esq. According to Mr. Allenbaugh, "Security, Safety, Solutions, and Service are the cornerstone goals of our organization. Before joining M.A.G., Mr. Allenbaugh practiced law in Washington, D.C. both for the federal government and in the private sector. In addition to his law practice, he was an award-winning adjunct professor at George Washington University where he taught courses in business and professional ethics. He holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California, an M.A. from the Ohio University, a J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, and has performed Ph.D. work at the University of Maryland, College Park. He lives in Southern California with his wife Jacqueline, a former Congressional staffer; son Maximilian; and daughter Lily-Grace.
